have self-declared an off day from school today just so i can get some rest at home after that tedious psychopathology essay. am now burderned with another essay for social, social and stats mid terms and stats research proposal.. oh and top it all off, i've got my sign language exam this weekend too. blaaargh. bad things come in bulk huh.. anyways, to further update from where i left off the other time.. 1) xuan's birthday. 2) the stayover at lilin's house. 3) meeting up of birds before wince left for indo. so first up, 2 saturdays ago, we celebrated xuan's belated birthday at astons.. birthday boy's idea.. and it turned out to be reaaaallly good. the food there was cheap and good. and we had lots of fun updating each other about our lives as usual.. now more, since the guys have already started school in their university..   top: the boys havin fun at astons.. bottom: the pees havin fun at astons.. haha and after that, we originally planeed to head over to settlers for some board games but turns out the place closed down.. arrgh. and we ended up just walking around at parkway.. and then went for some ice cream at swensens.. haha earthquake!! woohoooo   top: sheena and moi. i like the cherry on my head. hahh bottom: there, can u see our present for xuan? that brrrighht grreeen thingy on his feet? hahah and thats pee and my pink sandals and danny's shoelaceless shoe. hahha the shoelace is being used as a belt u see.. wahha   top: xuan and the card that we took great pains to hide hahah bottom: a group pic and our earthquake and that was it.. by the time we finished, most of the shops were closing.. so, while pee went to meet her mum and the boys left for home, i headed towards lilin's house for the sleepover.. when i reached there, most of the people that were staying were already there.. and they were already done with dinner, and had moved on to desserts, chocolate fondue.. too bad i was too full of ice cream and didnt get to eat it.. though i ended up paying for it i wonder why.. okies anyway, we watched movies and played games throughout the night till it was bed time in the morning where the few of us slept off for a few hours..   top: sam and me bored while watching movies.. we watched bourne ultimatum, poseidon and the mummy 1.. yaaawwwnn. bottom: i had washed off the cream while wince left her dragonfly print on.. hahha   top: a group picture of us all with our face masks on.. haha the forfeit that came with the game we played.. bottom: wince and i just woke up.. sam was the only one wide awake actually.. hahha and after that, we each left for home separately while i took a cab back with wince and spent the afternoon sleeeeping in....... haha and last but not least, the birds met up on tuesday.. or rather, i met up with lilin and wince after my class since sam was at work.. and we went to sakae for lunch.. watched "mad about english" at lido, shopped for sam's early present, met up with sam and had swensens for dinner and went to minds for some board games.. haha nice summary huh.. i'm getting lazy as u can probably tell..   top: the 3 of them with sam's present.. haha i was the photographer of cuz.. tralala bottom: the 4 of us.   top: wince has a tendency to take pictures with her eyes closed.. *guffaws* bottom: mann i'm so going to miss her. and all her silly faces too. sighhs. and thats it. my updates for the past events.. oh and did i mention that my parcel from america arrived? heez, i was over the moon. and then i came back to earth of cuz. couldnt possibly stayed there.. hahha lame i know.. nevermind.  there! 3 packets of chocolate, of which 2 are dark chocolate.. ooooohlalla mann.. hahhah and a box of chamomile tea for me to destress. hahha.. weeeee. i'm a happy girl. =) |
