attended des's birthday party as SIA club last fri.. and it was quite erm BORING long. haha. well i think the reason why i felt it long was that he invited people that i don't know. or rather, the majority i don't know. since we were from different classes in sec sch and jc and i don't attend army, its quite hard. but still, it was nice of him to invite me so i should just shut up.

haha. the point is, i got to see my cousin sean! its not like everyday i get to see him, so please understand my excitement. the only time i get to see him is during chinese new yr where we do our family visiting and gather together for our reunion dinner. other than that, my relatives and i hardly meet. sad huh. well, thats just reality. its not like i can do anything about it either. everyone is just so wrapped up in their own or family's life to even bother about their distant families. okay maybe that was mean. not everyone is like that. when darren left singapore, we still met up and sent him off. when des had his birthday, we still met. its like the little little things that need either celebration or grief (in parting for overseas venture i mean) that we get to meet.


but i envy those families that are so close-knitted that they meet like every sunday? take for eg, clara & cheryl's family.. their mothers are so close they meet so often and bring the whole famly along.. and the children end up so close too. i wish i was that close with my cousins too. i mean, its always nice to have someone close you can talk to or hang out with, furthermore, you share the same grandparents. ha. isn't blood supposedly thicker than water. oh well.


on a lighter note. lets end with the pic of the day. or the month. or the year. i don't really care. coz he's so super cute. haha.

he made my day evening at des's party! coz i was bored listless from lack of someone to talk to. and there he was running around and playing with me. thank YOUUUUU! hahahahha
