had an interesting counseling lesson the other day.. tim introduced his therapy cards to us. they were called 'oh' cards coz apparently after seeing them, you would go like 'ohhhh'. erm. rofl. anyway, there were 2 stacks of cards. one with a word. and one with a picture. it could be any word or picture. random ones. and joined tog, they were supposed to signify something to you specifically. so much so that you would either

1) break down on seeing the card
2) start pouring out all your woes and problems and stories
3) basically just relate to the card.

it happened for me the first time i tried it. the 2nd time, i just couldnt see the relation. haha. so i'll just talk about the first one.

for the past few weeks, i have been talking about friendship. about how its so hard to meet up with friends. though i would very much like to say i value the friends who for me, consult the calendar. but i treasure the friends who for me, do not need to consult the calendar. but i cant. coz the world doesnt work like that. there are loads of other priorities on top of friends that are important too so yeah.. even i have to consult the calendar so yah.. as i was saying. friends. and time. these 2 things have been occupying my mind. and on that particular thursday, i opened the cards and guess what. the word was 'love' and the picture was a calendar and a picture of a watch. in this case i presume love is love for friends. and the whole thing was so spookily accurate. like its so true that this has been MY issue that it SCARES me. haha okay nvm. i wanted to get those cards too but according to tim, they cost like 70 bucks. ouch huh.

anyways, other than that, though friendship was on my mind, i still managed to have 2 fruitful outings with my close friends. the first being the advanced celebration for my pleasant pal, pleasant lirong. haha. it was supposed to be a surprise to meet her after her class ended. but due to several unforseen circumstances, p2 ended up 45mins late and lirong and vina's class ended 20mins late. so conclusion was, i was the earliest. HAHA. and vina, being honest, had a difficult time trying to delay lirong to stay for a little while longer. rofl. it was indeed such a hilarious incident that i roar with laughter chuckle when i think of how we communicated on the phone. mary and me that is.

and there we were at ben & jerry's filling our tummies with the merlionster.

since the boys couldnt make it due to work and nation duties, we have to arrange another time to meet again. a bientot!! and p2 and i managed to get a few panda shots after like trying for so long. ha.

and if you think we took it in the toilet, u're right. tmc toilet to be specific. LOL.

and for the 2nd outing, i went to meet pee and danny at plaza sing today.. xuan was supposed to come along but he was busy serving the nation as well. bloody army taking everyone's time up so no choice, the 3 of us met and went to MINDS to play. and as usual, when we reached, they weren't even open yet. just like before. wa laow so we went for lunch at macs (again) and then went over. we spent like 3 hrs there trying to play as many games as possible. lol.

and that was that. hoping to meet pee again at SGH and hoping to meet p2 again when we're free. and hoping to meet all 7 of the crappy gang including kevin soon before vina leaves. sigh. lets be hopeful for a moment shall we.
