happy new yr 2008!!

this is going to be the last post of 2007. fast huh.. within a flash/a blink, another yr has passed. be it the good or the bad, its all in the past now as we leave 2007 behind. another fresh year ahead. and hopefully it'll be just as good as the wonderful memories of 2007 left behind.. anyway to celebrate our new yr and xmas (since there's 12 days of xmas), we went over to nat's hse yesterday. the eve eve of new yr's day. haha. and p2 came over to see chelsie though she was still frightened.. haha but there certainly was a great improvement judging the distance between chelsie and her. well, chelsie was on a leash ahhahah. ok anyway was supposed to meet vina, lirong, fengzhi and alicia in the bus but we were too slow. haha. sandhya was busy showing my mum the video of the little yellow balloon u see. aha. oh well, anyway we managed to reach nat's hse ard sevenish and were immediately awed by the gigantic xmas tree in the middle. wowww. hahaha.

and we had turkey, or rather teke, as pronounced by kenrick.. haha and pasta! courtesy to nat for preparing all these yummy dishes! thanks for inviting us! ooh and there was dessert too! haha. it looks good enough to gobble at one sight. dont believe me? judge it for yourself.. haha
vanilla and white chocolate mousse with buttercake at the bottom and blueberries and white chocolate on top.. only two cups were extra big with milk chocolate.. and we played some numbers game to see who was the 'lucky' one to get them and it turned out to be fengzhi and vina.. haha. CONGRATS!   and while kenrick showed particular interest to nats' bed, the rest of us who already saw most of nat's hokkaido pics took more photos! haha like pleasant and confused.. making a pleasant confusion whereever they go. haha  and of coz, a sane pic for the pandas FINALLY! hahahah. and we looking normal. not too high. and not too low. LOLand after that, we had our christmas exchange!! all 6 of us eve family members had our presents ready! yay!! haha and so we wrote down the numbers and left our presents under the tree.. and then we picked our numbers... and i got vina's present! a book! haha from borders. naturally. hahha.  nat had wifey's present, sandhya had hubby's present. haha. and kenrick got mine, while lirong got kenrick's and i got vina's and vina got lirong's.. hahaha complicated family huh.. haha and that was the end of our new yr's eve eve gathering with the eve family and fz and alicia.. hereby wishing everyone a happy happy new yr 2008!! all the best for the upcoming yr! may the next yr bring many sweet returns!! |

i wondered what made us all so happy.. i think it was a candid shot. nat "hey candid shot!!!" us" oh ok! pose! 1 sec quick!" LOL a prewarned candid shot. anyway the tree was THAT HUGE. yes i was not exaggerating. haha.
