had an off-day from school today surprisingly since it has been like eons ago since we ever had one aside from the public holidays.. initially just planned to stay at home all day and slack rest, watch some tv.. play some games.. surf some net.. you get the picture huh.. its a 'holiday!' instead, i met sandhya at city hall to go to the national library together. now tell me how hardworking is that huh! haha well, apparently she was the only person in wp class today.. lol other than the major awkwardness i'm sure she felt when she was alone with the lecturer, guess it was pretty much a good thing coz she could 'bomb' him! as in bombard him with questions regarding our assignment la.. not the hiroshima, nagasaki kind of bomb.. ha.. anyway guess it'll be our turn tmr when we have our wp class with fin fin.. haha.. thankfully duoL has agreed to go just to guide me on imageready.. *phew* haha thanks man.. without you, don't think i can even come up with a banner.. love ya! hugs!
as i was saying, i met sandhya for lunch today and we went to pastamania! yum! haha ended up ordering the same thing again but this time, both of us only managed to clear half of our plates.. like wow.. its not as if we're on a diet or something.. haha reminds me of ahem.. oops. haha. the lady cleaning up thought the food was unsatisfactory! NOOoooo.. think we talked too much.. inhale too much air.. and filled up our tummies.. hha should have just asked for half a plate of al funghi and half a plate of prawns&shrooms.. this way we can finish! haha i'm nuts. blame sandhya for washing my brain.. hahaha
after much interesting chatting about boring people, blushing teddybears & wierd people (haha), we headed to the library.. there we found lots of books (17 to be exact!) on journalism.. by the time we reached the photocopy room, we had muscles bulging out at our arms and backs.. haha okay thats exaggerated.. maybe just arms la. haha! the uncle at the photocopy room was so friendly and nice! so unlike the other auntie that we saw the last time we went there for INS.. bleearghh.. there was also some friendly guy who chatted with us as we made our way through the thick piles of paper.. all in all? nice.
after 2 hrs of researching, we felt accomplished and decided to go for bubble tea.. AGAIN! for me that is.. haha i'm addicted to the one at bugis.. its so yummyyy.. hee. strawberry green tea for sandhya (but i cant taste the straw! rofl) and bubble murk milk tea for me! hehheh.. and there we sat chatting from 4 till..... 5.30! haha by then our buttcheeks were raw.. seriously! buttcheeks.. haha like the sound of that.. buttcheeksbuttcheeksbuttcheeks.. lol. no i'm not nuts. jsut peanutty. arhahaha
and that was about the end of our research day. came back home and spent the rest of the day playing with chelsie. haha he's sooo adowable.. especially when he's sleeping, which is what he's doing right now.. he's like a soft toy!! haha just wanna cuddle him man... my little sunshine! weeeeee.
