Happy 2007 everyone! looking back, 2006 had been a great year for me, if you count the blessings of getting to know people like vina, nisa, lirong etc in school.. and of coz great when i got to work at ig's heaven and get paid.. haa.. and well, just thank my lucky stars for the little things that happened.. pss i'm forseeing the fact that there are several bad stuff in 2006 though.. haha getting to be in you-know-who's class was terrible.. and having to work with the tattooed girl was bad enough too.. not that i have anything against tattoos.. but that girl just intimidates me.. and she's younger than me can you believe it?! arrgh..
anyway, wince is back from indonesia.. but will soon be returning to LA.. soon as in tomorrow in fact.. sobz.. she had only touched town on monday!! new yr's day!! SOB.. was actually going to find her at the airport.. but apparently, she arrived super early and i was only at kembangan mrt when she was already ready to leave the airport.. ha.. so we met at tanah merah mrt and headed to pasir ris to meet the rest of the class for our outing at escape theme park.. it sure was great fun meeting her again after like.. half a year? all the crapping that we missed we soon made up for.. haha.. as usual, the class was super late.. even after wince and i had our fill of Ben & Jerries ice cream at whitesands, not everyone was present.. luckily we finally went in with our attendance full at 2plus..
wince and me bored while wating for the rest to turn up.. lol.. this was the first time that wince and i had ever stepped into escape.. haha we sound deprived.. well, when we bought the admission tickets, there was free snacks, free carnival games.. free this and that.. but the snack turned out to be cotton candy.. and the game? you could only choose from a limited few.. and they were all super duper duper LAME.. raudhah played the spin the wheel game.. and got a 'Thank you, pls try again'.. wow thanks man.. one ticket gone just like that.. since we didnt want to waste the ticket just like that, we ended up playing some stupid throwing a ball into a cup thingy.. and wasted our tickets too, in the end.. *SIGH*
and then there was the viking.. the pirate ship that left us howling with laughter at howard's strange expression.. the first time he took it, he had on a really serious face, like he was terribly afraid.. it left him with chest pains as he had medical problems.. so he decided to scream it out the 2nd time he sat it.. and his low-pitch monotonous AAH left us screaming... with laughter.. hha..
thats sam and me in front of the viking.. we too tried the other stuff there, like the haunted house.. which left us feeling pretty lame since it wasn't scary at all.. and to think we were initally too afraid to enter.. oh my.. ha.. and there was the flipper that turned round and round as we rocketed skywards and went downwards a total of 5 times.. we wanted to try out the wild wild wet and the daytona go kart initally but was soon turned off by the long queue and the heat and the smoke from some extremely inconsiderate people.. thats sam and lilin at the rainbow ride.. haha wince and i chickened out at the end.. wee~ and for dinner after that, we had sakae sushi!! my first time too.. haha i'm pathetic.. i know.. but yum! i get to try everything that my friends ordered.. waha thanks! there are several other pics but not planning to load all of them here.. shall send them to your email people! if you don't receive, just let me know ya? haha.. be patient!! shall update on the bird's outing tomorrow after school! had a long day with you-know-who in class today.. YAWN.. zoned out staring into space while she yakked on.. sigh seriously hope we won't get her AGAIN tomorrow or i can just go jump down.. haha wait a minute! that sounds familiar! sounds like Mr Tan.. haha kinda miss his crappy jokes in TP.. miss the good old days man.. =( |
