weee~ isn't cycling just fun?? on friday, wince and i met at the same place at the same time and went to east coast park to cycle!! it was surprisingly crowded at macdonalds where we had our nreakfast though.. hmm.. but in the end we managed to stuff our filets and hotcakes into our tummies.. hee.. when we went to the kiosk, we were given 2 mountain bikes and the 'uncle' there asked whether we needed baskets in front of the bikes to put our bags.. lol.. the whole idea sounds so..... "ah soh" haha.. we declined and placed our bags in the locker instead.. since there's nth for anyone to steal anyway.. ha.. the weather was really cooling though it was quite sunny.. and we cycled all the way to bedok jetty to see the people there fish.. and then we cycled on.. entering places where we usually do not cycle to.. and we ended up deciding to cycle to changi.. arhaha.. unfortunately there was fogging going on and we were prevented from travelling to the airport.. haiz.. on the way back, we passed by this new ski place called "ski 360 degrees"omg.. that place was soooo cool! there was a caucasian guy skiing in the water and man.. he was good! the way he controlled the board.. never falling into the water.. wow.. its admirable.. there were a few others who tried to ski too.. but, they were not as good.. all fell in the water after a while.. perhaps the caucasain was the instructor huh.. pro guy..well, we cycled back and stopped for a drink outside 7-11 and saw people playing the violin there.. erm.. violin at the beach? hmm.. thats a first.. ha.. after that we continued cycling for a while.. chatted abt cars... to sars..... haha... and then the 2 hrs were up and we had to return the bikes.. so, we changed, and headed to parkway for lunch.. the water barrel a.k.a wince had to drink another can of drink first and later still drank another cup before she quenched her thirst.. lol.. we went to yoshi and i told her the story of 'pride and prejudice'.. *guffaws* the story is so nice and funny that she's now tempted to buy the vcd for herself and watch.. lol.. anyway, we went to mph after that to visit my ex-colleagues.. saw Aunty Lynette.. Latha.. Serene.. Shikin and Ling.. Aunty Lynette said that Derick had resigned.. stating that he wanted to leave work at 8 but they couldnt allow him.. so no choice, he quit.. sigh.. luckily there's a new girl there to help them.. otherwise, they might seem to be understaffed.. :( but the new girl.. hmm.. she doesn't seem to have a happy face when i walked past her.. ha.. whatever.. well, we walked around after that.. and went to topshop to try the sunglasses.. but the mirror was so small we couldn't see ourselves.. whatsmore we were wearing glasses that day.. so.. i could only see wince and comment how she looked like and she to me.. ha.. crazy.. soon, we decided to go to coffee bean to rest.. we considered starbucks initially.. but since there was no air-con, we headed to coffee bean.. haha.. and we saw Olinda Cho.. the previous S'pore Idol contestant.. she's really slim now.. wondered how she did it.. *applause*there was free entertaining music from the "grammaphone" as we drank.. but the songs that were played.. well.. most likely they were songs that our parents listened to.. ha.. it was sure fun.. and we made a plan to go back cycling again.. weekly.. lol.. can't wait.. ha.. we'll try to cycle to changi this time! see u at the airport!
