there's something to be happy abt today!!! though the mood is slightly dampened by the fact that the results are gonna be released on wed, its still quite exciting!! we're gonna have our class chalet at lilin's hse later.. yay!! gonna bring all my chocolates there and we can stuff ourselves till the crack of dawn tmr.. lol.. wonder what games i should bring along... hmm.. hope that sam has the compact mahjong set!! then we can all play tog!! wee~haha.. anyway, the past few days have been quite uninteresting.. maybe except for tues.. went cycling with wince at east coast park early in the morning after breakfast at mac.. yum! haha.. after not cycling.. or rather not excercising for so long, we could hardly cycle uphill.. lol.. 2 old grannies huh.. haha.. well, there was this new establishment for some s'pore ski club or something.. where the people can get to ski above the water.. and the water there looked so nice!!! nicer than the swimming pool i bet.. lol.. we were so tempted to just dive inside and take a dip.. ahh... well, after 2 hrs at the beach, we went to clean up and changed and headed to town for lunch.. it was hilarious ok.. we were trying to think whether orchard road has any swensens.. and we could only think of plaza sing.. but we already passed the bus stop, and were standing outside cine.. and cine only had subway.. cafe cartel.. yoshi.. fast food.. etc.. as i was thinking of taka.. heeren.. i suddenly remembered that there was a swensens just between paragon and nydc.. haha.. poor wince got a shock when i went 'OH! I KNOW!!' arhaha.. so off we went to swensens.. and indulged in pasta.. barley seed celery soup.. lol.. and chocolate ice-cream!! yay... and as we were happily eating, this waiter came up and wanted to clear the dishes and so he said ' are u done?' arhahaha.. he said it in such a fierce tone that wince didnt dare to look at him.. haha.. we had a fine time laughing and teasing the waiter as we tried to catch his name.. but to no avail.. haha.. anyway, thanks for the treat wince!! haha.. and so.. after walking around and buying earrings.. we went to far east and.... bought more earrings!! haha.. 2 for $10 ma.. so we share lo.. hee.. then, we decided to be adventurous, and went to the places we hardly go.. so we went to the duty-free shop and amazed ourselves with the chocolate covered potato chips.. the koi fishes.. and the various souvenirs of s'pore.. lol.. and then we went to borders to look for that story book that i read half-way.. irritating right.. to read a book half-way and then realise that its been sold out.. aargh.. ha... after that, we were quite tired of walking ard.. so we headed to taka coffee bean and spent an hr plus drinking our coffee.. haha... seeing the students trying to study there admist the noise only serves to remind us of the times we used to study tog at starbucks parkway.. well, we started doodling ard on the receipt and soon we went nuts laughing at every single thing.. hopefully no one noticed us.. haha.. man.. really miss the good old times like mad.. somehow wish that these nutty pals of mine are still in school with me and we can laugh our way thru the stressful teenager life.. well, gotta go bathe now.. and prepare for the overnight stay later.. till then!! bye!!
