i've finally watched MEIMORS OF A GEISHA!! my long awaited show of the month.. the show to me is brilliant! fantastic! awesome! super! lol.. Gong li is so pretty!! and so is Ziyi Zhang and Michelle Yeoh! hmm.. the story is so touching.. felt like crying when the part where the chairman and Sayuri confessed their feelings to each other.. its like OMG.. u didnt expect that.. obviously i have not read till that part in the book.. love the story so much.. "i want a life that is mine!!" its true that sometimes wthe way we lead our lives seem as if led by someone else and not by us.. so count our blessings that we get to choose who we love, choose how we want to live and not be forced into it.. well, it was like a fairy tale.. even tho the chairman waited for such a long time to confess his feelings, in the end both parties still ended up together.. isnt it strange? almost all the story books that i've read so far, when the main girl character falls in love with this guy, the guy will either have fallen for her too or will gradually fall for her.. doesnt seem realistic huh? usually in reality does that happen? i doubt so.. usually its either party falling for the other one alone.. hmm.. its a sad sad world we live in.. anyway, enough of that.. before the starting of the show, there was a brief signal to warn us to keep our hps switched to silent mode or off.. steve martin was starring in that 'signal' and when his hp rang, the vibration was so loud it sounded like a fart! arhaha.. and as the phone continued to vibrate, he continued to slide down the chair.. LOL it was HILARIOUS!! but it seems that only wince and i caught the joke.. no one else was laughing and so we giggled in silence.. let me tell u this.. its not easy containing silent laughter.. it needs lots of skill.. lol! all right.. even though the show was spectacular, the commercials definitely were not.. there was 15 mins long of commercials for goodness sake! and wince and i thought we were late when we hurried from dinner at Yoshi at 8.05.. we practically ran! haha.. initally thought i was late as i was stuck in a terribly long and patience-testing jam.. but reaching plaza sing at 7.15 was actually early! so i went shopping ard and bought 3 pairs of earrings! yippee... 3 for $10 only ma.. haha.. soon wince reached at ard 7.35 and told me to meet her at the elevator.. so i headed for the lift lobby and waited.. and waited... and waited.. soon after she called.. and 5 mins later i saw her walking ard somewhere opp so i went to find her.. turns out she was looking for me at the ESCALATORS.. i pulled her aside and showed her whats the diff between ESCALATOR and ELEVATOR.. haha! during dinner she told me abt the job that she nearly had.. haa.. she went early in the morning for the job interview at chinatown and waited patiently for her turn.. only to be rejected by the guy.. and the reason? 'u're not suitable for the job and u don't seem interested in this job..' WHAT???? what makes u think that she's not interested? she came all the way to chinatown and wasted her precious time for some stupid interview and u say she's not interested?! if she's not interested, she wont even bother going.. she seriously should juz blow her top there when he said that.. i certainly would give him a piece of my mind.. horrible jerk.. yawnz.. i'm so tired.. have been sleeping at 1+ and waking up at 8+ the past few days.. barely 7 hrs.. look worse than a panda now.. yawnz.... i'm so glad i dont have to work tmr.. yay.. time to have some me time again.. have been running ard doing 'returns' today.. so much to do.. but i'm glad i've learnt something new.. tee hee.. haha rudy, tmr shall be your turn.. muahaha.. *bleah* =p oh well, thats all for now..
