work work work... thats about what i do these days.. don't get me wrong.. i'm not complaining.. i'd rather spend my time working than wasting my time at home all day.. i'll feel insolent.. lol.. besides i like my job.. be it packaging or stacking or typing, i lurve it.. i love the satisfaction when u get when a customer gets what he wants at the end of the day.. though i'm not really that clear about the stuff there but roughly i can help guide them when they are 'lost'.. *aah*haha.. oh well, today i helped latha stack all the new stocks.. there were so many comics to stack!! so she started packing the books that were already on the shelf while i sorted out the different types of comics.. there were ragnarok.. pokemon.. digimon... megabots.. slamdunk.. whatever.. and.. i learned how to wrap bks! u noe those transparent wrappers that make the bks look neater? i wrapped a lot today!! and my skills improved gradually!! haha.. dont ask me how the first bk i wrapped looked like.. u don wanna know.. haha.. anyway we were so engrossed in our job that we passed lunch break.. so when the other team came and took over, my team went for lunch at the banquet.. the food there is not too bad but too spicy for my poor throat.. *clears throat irritatibly* after lunch puru wanted me to work at the counter beside the cashier, henry.. so again i learned about the auditing rolls and credit card rolls that make up the thing that u call receipt when u purchase something.. so.. for some time i had fun scanning the books.. packing what people buy into plastic bags.. cool huh? haha.. then after that puru came with a new job for me to do.. apparently he fell asleep while typing the codes into the computer.. so.. i'll have to exchange my job with him.. haha.. i don mind.. i get to sit down after standing for the whole day.. *yay* lol.. so i typed and typed in the room while listening to the gossip from the people chatting in the other room.. haha.. not bad huh.. soon it was 6 and time to leave.. we 'queued up' to change and left.. again alex helped sign out for me.. *thanks!!* he's really weird u know.. he seems so smiley with the other people but when he's talking to me he has this not smiling face.. hmmm.. in the morning when he offered his seat to me his face was stony.. then we sat in total silence in the room together during our break.. not facing each other.. like as if we're having a fight.. quoting from puru.. haha.. but he's really popular with the aunties! haha.. they were making fun of him the entire afternoon.. why? coz lynette had some citybank voucher and could get something free or something.. and he wanted the pikachu soft toy for his niece but lynette wanted something else i guess.. but seeing his sad face she went and got the soft toy for him.. she wasnt the only one.. pat, a lady working in the other team also went and gotten it for him.. haha!! not lady killer but auntie killer huh? HA HA HA HA HA HAhmm.. i got to know some other stuff today too.. Da Yang who's known as the queen's consult.. or rather the assistant.. and a promoter at the counter whose name i didnt catch.. and Anis of coz.. the melody lane promoter.. whose in charge of gift wrapping.. i wanna work at the counter!! it seems so cool!! alas.. i doubt i'll be working there for long.. probably be posted to the children's section with latha.. coz i'm a child at heart!! ha.. ok ok stop puking.. okie dokes, thats about all i've got to say for today.. working full shift tmr.. better go sleep early later..
